This is the long version of the story: how Lisa's Little Shoppe started, what I actually make, and why Halloween-obsessed, spooky-cute style lovers keep coming back for a new shirt every season.

Hi, I'm Lisa: How a Little Shoppe Started

Lisa's Little Shoppe didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a printer, a stack of blanks, and a slightly unreasonable number of ideas scribbled on napkins.

I've always been the person in the group chat who sends the punny shirt first. The friend who shows up to a bonfire in a Frankenstein tank top and gets asked, "where did you get that?" all night. Eventually I stopped sending links to other people's shops and started making the designs myself - the ones I couldn't find anywhere, in the funny, dark-humor-lite voice I actually talk in.

A little shoppe turned into a real one the day the first order came in from a stranger who wasn't related to me. That's still the best part: someone out there wearing a joke I wrote, at a pumpkin patch, a hockey game, or Tuesday morning coffee.

Why "spooky-cute" is the whole personality

I don't do scary-scary. I do spooky-cute: tombstones with a sense of humor, bats with big friendly eyes, mummies who are honestly thriving, and typography that looks good with leggings.

Custom Orders, Bulk Orders and DTF Transfers

Lisa's Little Shoppe isn't only for individual wardrobes. A big chunk of what I do is helping other creative people get their own ideas onto fabric.

Custom orders are the fun ones. Send me your phrase, your inside joke, your team name, your bachelorette theme - I'll turn it into a design that fits the shop's spooky-cute aesthetic (or something completely your own). Bridal parties, birthday crews, teacher teams and book clubs all end up here eventually.

A few things I won't budge on:

Come as you are. Every size, every aesthetic, every level of Halloween enthusiasm. You don't have to be a full-time goth to wear a mummy joke.
